Cassava Cake

 (using fresh kamoteng kahoy)

Paboritong kakanin....

 
 
Mga Sangkap:

1 kilo shredded cassava
1 cup melted butter
1 can condensed milk
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 grated cheese
2 eggs

For Toppings:
Margarine & Cheese



Paraan ng Pagluluto:

1. Painitin ang oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Lagyan ng foil ang baking pan na gagamitin pagkatapos ay lagyan ng butter para maiwasan ang pagdikit ng cassava sa foil. Set aside.

3. Pigain ng mabuti ang inad-ad na kamoteng kahoy.

4. Sa isang malaking bowl, pag samasamahin ang mga sangkap.
  • cassava, butter, condensed milk, sugar, cheese, eggs
5. Ilagay sa baking pan na may butter. I-bake ng 45 minutes.

6. Kapag medyo luto na ang cassava, ilagay ang toppings at I-bake ulit ng 15 minutes.

7. Palamigin at ready na itong kainin.
