1 whole tikoy (cut into strips)
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 pcs egg (beaten)
1 bar cheese
lumpia wrapper
condensed milk
sesame seed (optional)
oil
Procedure:
1. Pagulungin ang tikoy sa all purpose flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
2. Ilagay ang tikoy at cheese sa lumpia wrapper, roll and fold sides.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Deep fry ang binalot na tikoy hanggang sa mag golden brown.
5. Kapag naluto ng lahat ang tikoy, ilagay ito sa plato at lagyan ng condensed milk and sprinkle the sesame seed.
